The Development projects. The Regulatory framework

According to the results of the implemented project “The Market Research. The Forecast” the below mentioned was identified for the precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium, rhodium):

• the global trends of the precious metals market (supply and demand)
• the global drivers of the precious metals markets
• the forecast of volumes of production and consumption.

The results of the analysis of the enormous amount of information made it possible to identify the main geographical areas and investment projects, which mostly influence the market growth.

Each direction is presented in a classical form of a project with information about the partners, the competitors, the list of activities including the schedule and the goals.

The second part of the Research is devoted to the regulatory framework that provides effective procedures for the implementation of the projects abroad, including descriptions of the legislative acts, procedures of the customs clearance for prospective countries and regions, import and export duties on the prospective markets.
